Depending on the hosting infrastructure, this may include your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page or resource, browser and operating-system information, referrer information and other technical connection data.

The processing of technically necessary data may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Machinpro’s legitimate interests are the secure, stable and technically reliable provision of this website.

Machinpro does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies and does not use tracking technologies to monitor visitors across websites.

The website application does not currently use cookies, local storage or session storage.

When you contact Machinpro through the enquiry form, by email, by telephone or through another direct means of communication, we process the information you provide in order to receive, review and respond to your enquiry.

The enquiry form requests your name, email address and message. You may also voluntarily provide your company, telephone number and solution area.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

For other business communications, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to receive and respond to enquiries and communicate with customers, prospective customers and business contacts.

Machinpro uses Microsoft 365 for business email and communication.

When you contact us by email, or when an enquiry submitted through this website is delivered to info@machinpro.de, personal data contained in that communication may be processed through Microsoft 365.

Microsoft provides the technical infrastructure used for these communications and may process data as part of providing, securing and maintaining its services.

Microsoft states that Microsoft 365 is included within its EU Data Boundary for qualifying EU/EFTA customers, subject to documented exceptions and limited transfers outside that boundary. We therefore do not represent that all Microsoft 365 processing takes place exclusively in Germany or exclusively within the European Union.

Within Machinpro, personal data is made available only where required for the relevant purpose.

Personal data may also be processed by service providers used to operate our business and technical infrastructure, including Microsoft in connection with Microsoft 365 and, once selected, the provider hosting this website.

Machinpro does not sell personal data and does not use enquiry information for advertising profiling.

Enquiry information is not routinely forwarded to manufacturers, suppliers or other business partners.

Where a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, or allows access from outside the European Economic Area, such processing is carried out subject to the applicable requirements for international data transfers.

In relation to Microsoft 365, Microsoft documents an EU Data Boundary for covered enterprise online services while also identifying circumstances in which certain data may be transferred or accessed outside that boundary.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Information relating to an enquiry is therefore retained for as long as necessary to process and respond to the enquiry and, where the enquiry results in a business relationship, for as long as necessary in connection with that relationship.

Data may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable statutory retention obligations or where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

When the relevant purpose and applicable retention requirements no longer apply, the data will be deleted.

Subject to the requirements and limitations of applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

• obtain information about personal data processed about you and request access to that data;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• request deletion of personal data;
• request restriction of processing;
• receive personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format where the legal requirements for data portability are met;

• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
